Municipal Museum of Óbidos
The museum was inaugurated on July 15, 1970. The first director of the museum was the President of the Chamber, at the time, Albino de Castro e Sousa (1922-1984). The Municipal Museum integrates the Route of Museums of the West and is soothes of the Network of Museums and Galleries of Óbidos.

The beach of Nazaré , in the district of Leiria, extends for an immense sand and prolongs by the Main Avenue where the greater part of the commerce is realized. However, despite being one of the busiest beaches on the west coast, it is also one of the most traditional fishing areas.

This inscription was placed under the orders of King João IV, as a way of gratitude for the protection of the Patroness, in 1640. The Villa’s Gate is connected to Poço by Rua Direita, the main street of the village.
