If you like to wake up with a picturesque view, the master bedroom is the perfect option, with a big window that leads to a private terrace, that leads to a sea view of the Atlantic Ocean and Berlenga islands, and a seems-like infinite green Golf course. The other 3 bedrooms and a 2 double-bed and a single bedroom, with a lot of space and natural light.
The kitchen, living room and dining room, are all in an open spacious are on the ground floor. You can find a modern, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, expresso machine (Nespresso), toaster and kettle which directs you to the dining area, that has a table and chairs to accommodate 10 people.
The living room has 3 sofas that seats comfortably 8 people, Wi-Fi Internet, a TV and fireplace. The large windows surrounding the living and dining room allow natural light to enter and give access to the pool area. The pool area is perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers while enjoying an amazing view. The pool is heated (optional with extra payment).
In the basement there is a living space with a snooker table and a sofa bed. Outside, at the entrance of the house, you will also find a lounge area with a table and sofas, to enjoy the tranquillity of the area.
