Spacious and comfortably furnished, there are three balconies offering a variety of sunbathing spots and views over the gardens and pine trees.

Outside there are 8 sun loungers, and outside dining table and chairs and a built in barbecue. The pool can be heated on request at an additional charge per week. The pool is a good size with steps at one end that lead down to a shallow end before it descends to a deeper section. The pool is saltwater and not chlorine so Vila Branca is also a great choice for those that have sensitive skin or just don’t like the smell of chlorine!
Vila Branca is located in a quiet area of Praia del Rey. The Tennis Centre, Club House terrace and restaurant, First Tee and driving range are all around a 10 minutes walk; the sandy beach and the 5 star Mariott hotel with Spa, gym and restaurants is around a 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by car.
Casa do Lago is furnished in a contemporary style without sacrificing comfort. Bright and sunny, this villa would be the perfect choice if you are looking for a calm and peaceful holiday. The enclosed terrace at the back of the property looks over the gardens and pine trees and there is a large, shared swimming pool a short walk away.
Entering Casa do Lago brings you in to a wide entrance hall. On the left you have the master bedroom styled in contemporary shades of apple green and crisp white, with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. On the opposite side of the hall you have a twin bedroom. Here there is also an ensuite shower. The apartment has been designed for guests who may be less mobile or in a wheel chair and this shower has a shower chair that can used making it suitable for those with reduced mobility. The wardrobe also has a clever adaption to enable the top rail to be brought down, again useful for those who are less mobile.

There is a dining area with built in seating and a well equipped fully fitted contemporary kitchen which also has a separate utility room housing a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. For the summer though there is outside dining and sunloungers and a large expanse of lawn on which to relax in the sun. Palm Springs is tucked away in a very quiet position but equi-distant between two of the three large swimming pools, being only about three minutes stroll though the gardens to either of them. Located within the popular Vila dos Principes condominium at Praia d’el Rey Resort, Palm Springs faces west and double doors open from the living room onto a very pleasant terrace which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun.
There is plenty of space at the rear of the house for relaxing or gentle ball games and a lovely garden outlook. Inside the house is attractive and appealing with one bedroom on the ground floor and the master suite on the first floor, opening onto a balcony. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range and practice range, the Clubhouse restaurant and bar, and the children’s playground are all moments away. The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
