Villarey Golf & Beach is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment, on first floor, located in Afonso V condominium.
The condominum consists of 23 apartments and shares a lovely pool, normally heated from May to September. It is located in a very central position of the resort, and is only a few 3 minutes walking to the Clubhouse.
Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Praia D’El Rey. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one, towards the entrance of the apartment . As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms to the left side. The master bedroom, has a double bed and small desk with chair, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.
The open space, with living/dining room and kitchen is nicely decorated. The living room has two confortable sofas, television and woodburner. The dining area has a table and chairs sitting confortably 6 people, in case you wish to invite some friends for a drink or meal. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, expresso machine, kettle and toaster. From the kitchen, you can access the other very nice balcony with table and chair for a meal in the exterior and has also a barbeque.
This beachfront apartment is located within the Beach Village or Vila da Praia at Praia d’el Rey. This is a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Obidos. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.
This two bedroomed apartment is nicely furnished. The living/dining area have two sets of french doors opening out onto a balcony and terrace with outside dining. The kitchen that opens directly to dining area is completly equipped.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also opens out to the balcony and a second twin bedroom has french doors overlooking rolling sand dunes and bathroom just accros the hall. The large pool a few steps down is heated from May to September.
The Beachfront plaza is just next door with a grocery store and seafood restaurant and bar, “Mare”, featuring a large terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. 10 minutes drive takes you to the Obidos Lagoon which is great for water sports, walks and bird watching and the shallow waters here are perfect for children.
Vila da Praia 462-A5 is a top floor 2 bedroom apartment with sea, golf and pool views.
The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a balcony also accessible from the living area. The second bedroom by the entrance has 2 single beds and access to the bathroom on hallway, with shower.
The kitchen opens directly to dining/living area and is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron board and iron available as well as an hairdryer.
The living/dining area is nicely decorated. It has a pellet burner, a table and chairs sitting 6 people and laso 3 high chairs, two comfortable sofas and one armchair. The terrace overlooking the pool, has a table and chairs for a meal outside.
The large windows offer a great view to ocean, golf course and also the shared pool (heated from May to September). The apartment has free wi-fi.
This is a lovely, bright 3 bedroom townhouse at Praia del Rey with contemporary, stylish furnishings and set in a peaceful location within the resort surrounded by gardens and golf course. There are two secluded balconies, one at the front and one at the back perfect for relaxing in the sun. A large swimming pool is a short walk away.
There are 2 double bedrooms on the first floor, both with spacious ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom with 2 single beds is on the ground floor with a shower room just across the hall. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range, the Clubhouse restaurant and bar and the children’s playground are all moments away. The kid’s club and the Marriott Hotel are a 5 minute walk and the beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
Casa da Palmeira is a beautifully furnished 3 holiday villa located in the exclusive condominium of Vila dos Principes in Praia del Rey and would make a great choice for a Portugal Silver Coast holiday.

Casa do Golf is located a short walk, less than 5 minutes, from the beach and the Marriott Hotel making this an ideal choice if you are planning or attending a wedding at the Marriott Hotel. The clubhouse and the 1st tee are less than a 10 minute walk away.
The garden and specifically, the boundary with the golf course is left very natural. At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting either side.

There is a large pool with a separate children’s pool which is heated from May until the end of September. There are communal barbeques within the gardens for the use of all apartment guests. There is parking immediately in front of Aldeia Portucale and the shuttle bus stop is just outside which will take you around the resort free of charge. Although these apartments are under contract from May to October there are sometimes vacancies, so please email to check the availability if you would like to book this during the summer.
