The condominum consists of 23 apartments and shares a lovely pool, normally heated from May to September. It is located in a very central position of the resort, and is only a few 3 minutes walking to the Clubhouse.

Recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom apartment offers everything you need to enjoy your stay in Praia D’El Rey. The apartment has 4 balconies, three overlooking the pool area and golf course and the fourth one, towards the entrance of the apartment . As you enter the apartment, you will find the two bedrooms to the left side. The master bedroom, has a double bed and small desk with chair, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and garden. The second bedroom has two beds, one double (140cm) and one single bed.

The open space, with living/dining room and kitchen is nicely decorated. The living room has two confortable sofas, television and woodburner. The dining area has a table and chairs sitting confortably 6 people, in case you wish to invite some friends for a drink or meal. Villa Atlantico is a traditional Portuguese villa with touches of contemporary furnishings and Designers Guild fabrics throughout. The villa has ocean views and 5 bedrooms at Praia d’el Rey. It is bright and spacious with a large terrace on the first floor and the ground floor. The front of the house has a lawned garden and a large infinity swimming pool. At the back of the villa is a natural garden with mature pine trees, a raised viewing platform from which to enjoy the beach and ocean views, and some children’s play equipment.

You enter the villa on the ground floor and you have a traditional style kitchen to your right hand side equipped with everything you could need during your stay. The kitchen even includes the original clay fire oven, although this isn’t available to use any more. There is a large dining room with huge windows looking over the pool and with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds. Off the kitchen is a large terrace with a built in BBQ surrounded with traditional Portuguese blue and white tiles.

There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment which has it’s own kitchenette, living area, shower bathroom and bedroom. The beds are usually prepared as twin beds but they can be prepared as a double bed as well, making it ideal for grandparents, older children or adults.

Upstairs you have a large living room, flooded with natural light. Glass sliding doors open out to a large sunny terrace with stunning views over the beach and the ocean. Off the living room is a large master bedroom with ensuite WC. The master bedroom also opens out to the terrace and has the same stunning ocean views. There is also a double bedroom which interconnects with a nursery bedroom with a cot (In the photos this is the study room but the desk will be replaced with a cot). There is also a bathroom on the first floor as well.

At the back of the property is a naturalistic garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The villa has WiFi however due to it’s size the network is strongest in the living room and the first floor.

This beachfront apartment is located within the Beach Village or Vila da Praia at Praia d’el Rey. This is a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Obidos. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.

This two bedroomed  apartment is nicely furnished. The living/dining area have two sets of french doors opening out onto a balcony and terrace with outside dining. The kitchen that opens directly to dining area is completly equipped.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom also opens out to the balcony and a second twin bedroom has french doors overlooking rolling sand dunes and bathroom just accros the hall. The large pool a few steps down is heated from May to September.

The Beachfront plaza is just next door with a grocery store and seafood restaurant and bar, “Mare”, featuring a large terrace overlooking the beach and ocean. 10 minutes drive takes you to the Obidos Lagoon which is great for water sports, walks and bird watching and the shallow waters here are perfect for children.

Villa Oliveira is so called because of the aged olive tree that sits in the corner of the large garden. With the sun all day and views over the countryside to the ocean in the distance, Villa Oliveira is the perfect choice for a more peaceful location but still in easy reach of Baleal and Peniche beaches.

There are not many properties in this area that can accommodate such a large group so whether you are a large family or a group of friends you would be able to stay comfortably at Villa Oliveira.

On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms each with french doors out to the garden. There are also 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your holiday and there is a dining table to seat 8 guests.
Outside there is a large garden and an area for private off-road parking.

Upstairs you have 2 further double bedrooms, each with a double bed. At either end of the house you have 2 additional spare rooms, each with a sofa bed. These can be made up if needed, or these are also great spaces for children or to place a cot.

It is less than a 10 minute drive to reach the village of Ferrel where there are some great restaurants and bars to visit. The beach and surf spots at Baleal are a couple on minutes further, and Peniche and Super Tubos and around a 15 minute drive.

Each villa is furnished in the same contemporary style with fresh colours and plenty of natural light. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with french doors that lead out to the garden. Upstairs at each villa there is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There is also an open plan kitchen / living room upstairs at each villa so this property is really ideal for a large group with plenty of space for everyone.

Outside the pool is situated in front of Villa II. Each villa has a terrace and outside dining for 6. The tables can be put together to allow a group of 12 to dine together, or kept separate if preferred. There is also a firepit in the garden as well that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Both the villas are furnished in a fresh, contemporary style with large windows to flood the rooms with natural light and they are the ideal choice for two families on holiday together or families who like to have a bit of extra space. There is air-conditioning in both the ground floor and first floor open-plan living areas. There is a bathroom on each floor and there is a barbecue at each property. Adamastor Villas are located in a quiet, residential area primarily of other villas, and they are a short walk down to Obidos lagoon, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here the Atlantic ocean meets the stillness of the lagoon, a haven for wildlife, and totally unspoilt by commercialism or over development. The lagoon also offers the perfect conditions for sailing, windsurfing and other water sports that can be arranged at the various sailing schools. A boat trip across the lagoon to Foz do Arelho is fun activity as well as a convenient method to reach the beach bars and restaurants at Foz.
