Comfortable 3 bedroom villa with pool in tranquil surroundings. This family villa offers a diverse reading collection, many DVDs, gaming and internet for your enjoyment inside. You should have a comfortable night’s rest as the villa has a King Size Swedish Duxiana luxury bed in the main bedroom and then two further bedrooms, each with twin Duxiana beds.
The living room is very cozy with television, wood burner, sofas and armchairs to accommodate comfortably 6 people. The dining area is just adjacent to it and gives access to the fully equipped kitchen.
The garden surrounded by fragrant pine trees which add to the sense of tranquility, is one of the best in Praia D’el Rey as it is both beautifully kept and well loved. The pool is large (10m*5m), not fenced and has the option of having the heating at an additional charge. You will find sun loungers available as well as nice swing bed to take the most of the relaxing surroundings. There is also a table and chairs for a nice meal outside.
The property offers good walking access to sandy beaches, spa relaxation and an award winning golf course.
The sandy beaches can be accessed besides the Marriott 5 star hotel by walking down steps or if you prefer more direct access there is car parking nearby offering walk on access.

Ground Floor Apartment with large balcony with views to swimming pool
This apartment on the ground floor, is located in Vila da Praia, just 300 meters walking to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms, the master with double bed and private bathroom and direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool (heated from May to September) . The second bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom is just on the hallway.
The kitchen opening to the dining room, is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and has a small table and chairs.
The living / dining room has plenty of light due to sliding windows and has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, fireplace, television, and dining table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffe machine, toaster and kettle.
On the balcony, accessed by both the bedroom as the living room has a table and chairs for a meal outside and sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the beautiful views.
This beachfront apartment is located within the Beach Village or Vila da Praia at Praia d’el Rey. This is a beautiful area inspired by the local medieval village of Obidos. It is built on the side of a hill with narrow pathways opening onto flower filled squares with fountains and palm trees. All of our apartments here have beautiful views of the ocean and the beach is easily accessible on foot with no roads to cross.
This two bedroomed apartment is nicely furnished. The living/dining area have two sets of french doors opening out onto a balcony and terrace with outside dining. The kitchen that opens directly to dining area is completly equipped.

The kid’s club and the Marriott Hotel are a 5 minute walk and the beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.

At the time of taking these photos the boundary hedging grasses had just been cut back ready for fresh growth but it is important to point out, especially if you have very young children, that the boundary is a chain link boundary line with planting either side.
