Both upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and access to private balcony. One has a double bed and the other two single beds pushed together, making a large double bed. The remaining two bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with 2 single beds and doors leading to the outer courtyards. One has its private bathroom and the other access to a bathroom with shower in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster. Outside you will find a barbecue, a ping-pong table and a parking place.
This villa is just 7 minutes’ walk from the golf club, practice area and children’s playground and about 10-15 minutes’ walk from the beach.
