Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. From the master bedroom French doors open out to a large balcony looking out to pinetrees. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, again with French doors opening out to the gardens, and with a shower room adjacent.

There is plenty of grass at the rear of this house for children’s games and it is a short stroll through the gardens to one of the three swimming pools.

Casa da Isla is located within Vila dos Principes, a prestigious gated community within Praia D’el Rey Resort. Set in landscaped gardens of palms, tropical shrubs and lawns, there are three large swimming pools all with plenty of sunloungers and large parasols, all heated during the summer months, and one from Easter to the end of October. Vila dos Principes is very secure and sociable making it especially ideal for families. Centrally located within the Praia del Rey resort, the driving range, the Clubhouse, The Marriott Hotel and te Kids’ Club are all moments away. The beach is around a 15 minutes walk or less than five minutes by car.
